"30"

I’m officially no longer a 20 something year old. The big 3-0 has come. HA! I don’t feel 30 though. Soooo much happened in my 20’s… some bad and some of the best moments of my life. I am sooo ready and so excited to see what the 30’s have in store for me ;) So that question “does it bother me” – nope, not at all! I took it pretty well!

This past weekend we stayed at the Embassy Suites and ate at Houlihan’s. A few friends had texted me to let me know they couldn't make it… but ended up surprising me at the hotel! So fun! I am truly blessed with some amazing friends! Then Tuesday night, Heather wanted to take me out to eat at Catfish Hole. When we arrived my whole family and all of my friends were there to surprise me again! (I knew something weird was up when Heather wanted to go eat at 5:30… way early for her ha!) My mom had sent out invites and blew up a baby picture of me to hang above my cake. So sweet. I hope I am half the mom she is! I can’t say it enough… I am SO BLESSED! Thursday was my actual birthday. Sarah invited me and Jake up to Fayetteville to have a picnic and go to the park with other friends and the kids. That was lots of fun and we all laughed real hard. Our kids are hilarious. Seriously. After we got back home we played at the creek all afternoon with Josh and then mom and Russ came out. Such a great birthday!

I’m so sad that I will be in school all night and tomorrow b/c this WEATHER IS AWESOME!
