FINALLY!

I finally did it! I can check college graduate off my list now! After so many years of going to school and quitting and starting back, I have finally accomplished one dream I thought I never would. So thankful for all the support of my family and friends. Especially my husband and mom who have helped me more than I can say. A lot of people may not think it’s a big deal but it is in my family. I may be the first one to have a bachelor’s degree in my family. We celebrated and had a great day… lots of memories. The ceremony was awesome. The speaker was awesome. I seriously felt like he was speaking to ME the whole time, and even Sarah said she thought that. LOL! He talked about being a “C” student through high school, barley making it through, but from support of his family he accomplished much more. Then he read a poem at the end of the speech that was about a little boy whose eyes were always watching – always seeing what you are doing. Basically to be an example – and to be something great for them. Yes, I was bawling my face off, right before I had to walk across that stage and receive my diploma. It meant more than anything in this world that Jake was sitting there watching me graduate. Although, he may not understand it, I can tell him one day all about it. I can tell BOTH my boys they were there J Jake kept saying “Mom, I love to watch you graduate.” Haha!

On to baby brother, he is not budging. I’ve been at 1 cm for 3 weeks now. LOL – little stinker. Just like his big brother….not wanting to come anytime soon. My next apt is the 22nd and I will be at the end of my 39 weeks. I am trying to decide whether to induce again. I mean, I don’t want to have a 10lb baby. Jake was 8.6 and I am much larger this time… whew! I’m ready to breathe again.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day ... we went to church and then mom's for lunch... just relaxed for the day since I didn't have ANY HOMEWORK! YAY! :)
